Jobs and Studentships
Funded posts, both PhD and post-doc, will be advertised here when they are available. Research visitors to the group are always welcome, please email Dr Easun in the first instance to discuss the options.
PhD Studentships
There is currently a funded studentship position in the group, covering "Home" student fees and stipend (UK students). Please see here for details: PhD advert at UoB
Students with their own funding are always encouraged to contact us to discuss possible projects.
Projects are often based around new photoresponsive MOFs and the study of their properties using advanced spectroscopic techniques, and/or around the use of such materials for applications in water purification.
Interested candidates should contact Dr Easun by email, including a CV and summary of research interests/experience.
Prospective Post-docs
Applications and enquiries about prospective post-doctoral research posts in the group are always welcomed.
Please send a CV, brief cover letter, summary of research experience and a list of potential sources of funding for which you are eligible.
Assistance in applying for external funding can be provided if you get in contact far enough in advance of the relevant deadline. I am always happy to hear from potential Newton International Fellowship or MSCA candidates.
